My refunds and returns policy is up to 30 days from purchase. 


To be eligible for return/exchange/refund the item must be unused and retuned in the same condition that you received it.


Personalised or unusual commissions are exempt from being returned.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once I have received the returned item, your money will be refunded, minus any postal charges. 

Exchanges can only be made if your item is defective or damaged.
